These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Safety Voice platform ("Platform") operated by QoreFlow Tech OÜ ("Company"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Platform": the Safety Voice digital OHS culture and productivity platform
- "User": any individual registered on the Platform
- "Organization": any legal entity that creates an account on the Platform
- "Service": all OHS management services provided through the Platform
2. Scope of Service
The Platform provides the following services for occupational health and safety management:
- Hazard reporting and workflow management
- QR code-based field reporting
- AI-powered photo analysis and risk prediction
- Inspection tour management
- Training and certification tracking
- Risk assessment (Fine-Kinney methodology)
- Emergency plan management
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) tracking
- Contractor and subcontractor management
- OHS KPI analytics and reporting
- Gamification and OHS Ambassador competition
3. Account Creation and Security
- Users must provide accurate and current information
- Account credentials must be kept confidential; password sharing is prohibited
- Suspicious activity must be reported immediately to info@safetyvoice.net
- The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of suspected security breaches
4. User Obligations
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Enter accurate and complete OHS data
- Respect the rights of other users
- Refrain from actions that could compromise Platform security
- Not engage in reverse engineering, copying, or unauthorized access attempts
5. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all software code, design, logos, trademarks, and content, is the intellectual property of QoreFlow Tech OÜ. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform during their subscription period.
Content uploaded by users (reports, photos, documents) remains the property of the user/organization. The Company uses such content solely for service delivery.
6. Subscription and Payment
- The Platform offers various subscription plans (Free, Professional, Enterprise)
- Payments for paid plans are securely processed through Stripe
- Subscription cancellation does not affect service until the end of the current period
- Price changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance
7. Service Level
- The Platform targets 99.5% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure
8. Data Ownership and Portability
- Organizations own all data they enter into the Platform
- Upon subscription end, data can be exported in standard formats (CSV, JSON) upon request
- After account deletion request, data is permanently deleted within 30 days (subject to legal retention obligations)
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is a tool that supports OHS management and does not replace professional OHS consultancy. The Company:
- Does not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI analyses
- Is not responsible for the accuracy of user-entered data
- Cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from Platform use
- Maximum liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months
10. Prohibited Uses
- Use for illegal activities
- Attempts to breach Platform security
- Uploading or distributing malware
- Harassment or threats against other users
- Automated data scraping
11. Termination
- Users may close their accounts at any time
- The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms with prior notice
- Immediate termination may apply for serious security breaches
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved first through mediation, otherwise in the courts of Tallinn.
13. Changes
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms with prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
